In October 2022, the Perryman Group released a study on the economic benefits of tort reform highlighting exactly how much of an impact lawsuit abuse has had on the U.S. economy. This new study analyzes legal costs across all 50 states, Washington, D.C. and over 500 separate industries. What the report found was alarming.
